Thank you for choosing Novelty Designs. We provide professional digital services including website design and development, hosting and domain services, and mobile application development. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for our services.

1. Digital and Custom Services

Most of our services are custom-made and delivered according to each client’s specific requirements, including website design, programming, technical modifications, and mobile application development. Therefore, payments made after the service has started are generally non-refundable except in the cases stated in this policy.

2. Cases Where a Refund May Be Accepted

• If payment was made and the service has not yet started.
• If we are unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons related to Novelty Designs.
• If an incorrect amount was charged or a duplicate payment was made for the same service.
• If the service cancellation was agreed upon in writing before the actual work started.

3. Cases Where a Refund Cannot Be Accepted

• After starting any design, development, programming, or custom technical work.
• After delivering any part of the work, preview, draft, demo, or test version to the client.
• After purchasing or registering a domain name on behalf of the client, as domain fees are usually non-refundable by service providers.
• After activating hosting, servers, licenses, or any third-party paid services for the client.
• If the client delays sending the required content, information, or materials needed to complete the project.
• If the client changes their mind after work has started without any error from Novelty Designs.

4. Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Services

Fees related to domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, paid plugins, templates, licenses, or any third-party services purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable once purchased or activated, as they are subject to the policies of the relevant service providers.

5. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the payment date, provided that the service has not started and no third-party services have been purchased or activated for the client.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email or phone and provide the order details, service information, and the reason for the refund request. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable business period.

7. Refund Processing Time

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. The refund may take from 5 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway used.

8. Changes to This Policy

Novelty Designs reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of service request or payment shall apply.
